I recommend having a healthy balance of both AND outsourcing working ON your business when possible

ASSIGNMENT: 

- Choose your primary calendar to utilize (google calendar, apple calendar)

- Write out specifically what it looks like to work ON your business vs. working IN your business in your workbook 

- Schedule in blocks of time directly on your calendar to work ON your business and blocks of time to work IN your business 

- Set alerts on your calendar to give you a reminder to do this
